What is your food like?

With decades in the hospitality industry, we bring the quality you expect from a full-service restaurant to a world dominated by fast food – inspired, global flavors that are always ready to eat. As chefs our passion is food. We create healthier meals that are high on flavor, low on fat, and always made with real food ingredients. Our recipes call for herbs, leafy greens, lean proteins, whole fruit and vegetables, and sometimes handmade spice blends. Each dish is prepared from scratch, incorporating the expertise of our Miami restaurants every step of the way.

Our food remains at its peak for five days, but we replenish everything in the fridge every three days or sooner if needed. Since we use whole fruit and vegetables, and do not add preservatives, our food keeps about the same amount of time as regular produce. For maximum flavor, we recommend placing it in the refrigerator soon after purchase.

We serve real food made from scratch with whole ingredients. With decades in the restaurant business, we rely on trusted partnerships with purveyors who bring us the best of what they have. For example, our turkey and chicken are always antibiotic free. We use Belgian chocolate in our handmade desserts, but no fillers, gums, or high fructose corn syrup. Sauces and salad dressings are made in house, and we often blend our own spices to get the best flavor, no chemicals added.

Each dish is labeled with full nutritional information. You can also find it on our interactive touchscreen and on the menu page of our website. We indicate whether meals are vegan, vegetarian, low fat, or gluten free. See below for details on how we handle allergens.

First, choose your pick-up fridge location. They will sort based on the fridge closest to you. Then, choose from the available inventory, which is shown in real time. Once you purchase your food, it’s reserved and ready for you to pick up at your chosen location. All you need to do is enter your unique reservation code when you arrive.

You can add a new card to the app during checkout. Please note that the card added will be the one used for your purchase. To add, remove, or update your credit card information at any time, please visit the payment method section in app settings.

If you or of your customers are unhappy with our food for any reason, we will issue a refund within seven days of purchase, no questions asked. To initiate a refund, please email [email protected].
